Returns Policy

UK returns are easy and free!

We like to make sure you’re buying with confidence. If you are in the UK, you can make a return or swap your goods in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Contacting us letting us know what you would like to send back or swap

Step 2: We’ll arrange for a pre-paid printable label to be sent to your email address

Step 3: Print and attach the label to the parcel

Step 4: Drop off at your nearest depot or we will work with your to arrange a pick-up if you are in a rural area with little access to post off drop-off zones (usually within 4 miles).

A refund will appear in your account after your item has been returned to us, please allow up to 14 days after receipt. Refunds do not include your original postage and may depend on customisation. For more information on refunds, please see the Refunds Policy.

Conditions

Before sending back your goods, please make sure that they are:

 Still in new condition and have not been used

Have not been in anyway spoilt, bent or misshapen

Have been packed well, so not to be damaged in transit.

 

Where possible, please do not unpack your products from the original packaging. Treasure Studios (TS) cannot be held liable for items damaged as a result of being returned in packaging which will not protect the integrity of the product. If any of these conditions are not observed upon returning the products, the return of your funds may be delayed or denied.

Outside the UK

If you are returning your goods from outside the UK, we cannot offer free returns, these must be returned at the cost of the customer. Please contact us to return your goods from outside of the UK before you send your items back to us, so we know to expect your items.

Duty and Taxes

TS cannot be held liable for any duty or taxes charged upon return. It is essential then, that you return your goods marked as a return or a gift, and not marked as a sale. If TS receives a request to pay for the goods to be returned to the country, this bill will be paid, and removed from the refund total balance. If the tax or duty charged is more than the total of the refund total balance the goods may be returned to the sender. We will let you know if this happens with your parcel and do everything we can to resolve the situation, however, your refund may be rejected if you are outside of the return times as set out below.

Return Time Frames

If your order is domestic, you have 14 days to return the goods for a swap or refund from the date of delivery including weekends.

If your order is from outside of the UK, you have 20 days to return the good for a swap or refund from the date of delivery including weekends.

If you are outside of these times, you will not be able to return your goods to us, so please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you require a refund.
