Refunds Policy

This webpage will go through the policies of Treasure Studios (TS) concerning the refund amounts, limitations and times scales.

We think a long and drawn out policy can make life rather dreary, so we’ll be as concise as possible so you can make an informed choice when you purchase. Here we go:

Refund Amounts

Off-the-shelf goods are goods with no personalisation. These goods will be refunded 100% upon return.

Semi-custom goods are custom colour selections, made by hand for an order placed. These are refundable by 60%.

Personalised goods are goods with modifications. These goods are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Please contact us if you have received damaged or defective goods. Every case is different, but if you have received goods of this nature, you will qualify for a 100% refund.

Exclusions

If any conditions of the Returns Policy are not met you may not qualify for a refund. All refunds exclude the original delivery amount, i.e. if your off-the-shelf goods were £100 and you paid £6 delivery, the goods cost of £100 will be refundable. If you are a domestic customer, you will be able to return your goods to us for free!

Timescales for Refunds

If your off-the-shelf goods are returned to us in good time, you will be able to get a refund with no questions asked. Please check the Returns Policy page for more details on good timescales for returns.

Once we receive your goods back,  a refund will be issued; please allow up to 14 days, from the time of our receipt of the goods, for the refund to show in your account. Refund timescales exclude bank holidays.
